Day 7 - Gifts, Talents and Passions
(Romans 11:29; 1 Peter 4:10; I Corinthians 7:7)
Heavenly Father, cause my grandchildren’s God-given passions and creative talents to surface. Place people in their lives that can recognize, nurture and develop these gifts. Provide the necessary opportunities and resources for their passions to be encouraged. Grant their parents wisdom in knowing how much time, energy and money to invest in cultivating these interests and talents. Where multiple options exist, bring Holy Spirit clarity and focus. Reveal Your heart for the development of this precious child’s unique giftings.
Where there is a gift You desire this child to use, give a matching motivation to develop and master it. Make ways for ______________ to use this gifting for the benefit of others and for kingdom impact. Protect their heart from pride or self-worth based on this ability. Give them a heart to practice diligently to employ this gift for Your glory.
