Oh Lord, today I choose to pause and reflect on Your authority in establishing our steps. Acts says You’ve established the times and places for me to live. I am so honored, privileged, and blessed to live where and when I live. (Acts 17:26-27) Lord, Your sovereign hand in my life is precious – how You’ve led, spoken, and directed. You are trustworthy in every sphere.
Lord, thank You for Your interaction with people groups and nations throughout history. Thank You that You extended salvation to the Gentiles and that my family line was fortunate to have the Gospel come to us. Thank You for our nation. Thank You for being integral in establishing it for Your glory. My heart is revived unto gratitude today as I realize how there’s so much to be grateful for.
